Riverdale Review: “What is your favorite class that you have taught and why?”

Ms. Mackenzi Turgeon “Definitely 10th-grade English because the theme is systems of power. I really enjoy using literature as a way to think about how society is structured and how we can make it better.”

RR: “What is your favorite memory from your years at Riverdale?”

MT: “My favorite memory is also the funniest memory, which is going to Camp Jewel this past fall with the class of 2025.”

RR: “Do you have any words of wisdom you would like to leave the RCS community with?”

MT: “Follow the things you are passionate about. And, find the overlap between what you are passionate about and how you can make the world a better place. I think that is often your calling in a lot of ways.”
