Riverdale Review: “What are your hopes for this school year?”

Sylvia Miller: “I hope all my students in Spanish class speak better than they did at the beginning of the year and that they are excited about the language, and also that my homebase sixth graders feel more comfortable at Riverdale.”

RR: “What is your favorite thing about the fall?”

SM: “I like carving pumpkins and all the Halloween decorations.”

RR: “Why did you decide to come to Riverdale?”

SM: “I was looking for a very intentional community with a large language department where the students are really excited about school.”
